Planning
We have design background in residential, commercial and public sectors and can work with you to produce designs for planning approval. We will work with you through this process, provide advice and liaise with local authorities on planning matters. Our team possesses a wealth of technical expertise to help navigate you through the planning process. This allows us to bring even the most ambitious and complex designs to life with precision and efficiency.
Building Regulations
Building regulations play a pivotal role in the collaboration between designers and regulatory authorities. We work closely with both local authority building control officers and Approved Inspectors to ensure our designs comply with required standards. This collaboration involves working alongside other design professionals, such as Structural Engineers, submitting plans for Building Control approval, addressing feedback where applicable to arrive at a design scheme that meets statutory compliance.
